While trying to split a road segment connected to a roundabout on the M-502 in Somosaguas, I had to disconnect the segment to split it, without realizing that I needed permissions to make the connection. The segment has been disconnected (it did let me do that), but it won’t let me reconnect it.
If someone of level 3 or higher could review it, I would appreciate it.
