To whom it might concern,
I was editing the road map of my hometown when I noticed I can not edit the specific segment in an intersection (https://www.waze.com/editor?zoom=7&lat=44.96664&lon=19.60983&env=row&segments=364053926#) as I am level 2 currently.
I hope to resolve this with your help.

Speaking of selected segment, it’s not locked whatsoever.
Current lock level is set to 1 at the moment and the last edit was by yourself, a day ago (Jan 29, 2019) when you changed the speed limit from 40.00 km/h to 50.00 km/h.
Can you please be more specific about the issue, so we can investigate furthermore? Eg. you receive an error message saying that you don’t have enough permissions or something else?
