In January 2006, Carroll Motor Fuels added a third brand with the addition of 70 BP outlets to it existing network of 140 dealers. In 2012, the owners of Carroll Independent Fuel, LLC acquired High’s of Baltimore. Today High’s is a chain of 54 convenience stores serving the Mid-Atlantic region.
More that one Carroll Motor Fuels gas station still says BP in Waze. They are also wrong on Google Maps.
I reported one and it was fixed today, but I know there are others.
At least one has been reported on Gas Buddy:

Carroll Motor Fuels in Ellicott City (8720 Baltimore National Pike)
jdaproza, Jul 16 2021, This station is now a Carroll Fuels and not a BP.
At times we have been provided a spreadsheet by Waze’s Ad Team to update store hours or store closings. To my knowledge CIF has not provided such information.
Waze is a community-driven app and relies on the first-hand knowledge of Waze drivers to update such places at BP / Carroll Motor Fuel gas stations. For example with your report on Belair Road I was able to use “Streetview” within the Waze Map Editor to verify this.
If there is a list of stations published by CIF or BP - that we can use. It’s possible I can download the KML file from the map on this page https://carrollfuel.com/station-locator/ to verify and update the stations (I have to check with senior (volunteer) staff). Though this would be a lengthy and time-consuming task. Unfortunately, this former BP Station is not listed on this Map.
If you are interested I can work with you to get Waze’s database updated.
I was on my way between the Rowan Tree and Mixers. I searched for a gas station along my route and the first one on the list said BP. When I got there is was a Carroll Motor Fuels so I reported it on Waze. I’m definitely boots on the ground.
I go to places near these gas stations so I can update them from the app.
