Several routes still missing

Hi there!
So, now that I cannot comment on the status page, I’ll write my problems here.

A lots of routes are missing from my Dashboard.

  • First is a Jun 25th route, about 50km. - I really need this, because I’m driving there rarely and I want to make the cities I drove through, because they’re all just the main streets.
  • Lots of routes are missing from July 6th to today. Only one route appeared from a week ago (10th, it’s 50km, but I drove >100km that day).

I switched to problem reporting lately, because none of my routes are showing up, and I reported a couple of map problems, but none of it appeared in the editor. So, I still cannot fix those, because I don’t have permission to the roads, because the routes are not showing up…

Do you have any ETA when the dashboard will be back online after this more than 2 weeks long problem?

“Your” routes missing from your dashboard, would be an example of an individual problem.

So based on Waze’s post, you should be submitting a email to a rep through the quick help section of the support webpage.

The dashboard updates normally are based on a whole bunch or processes getting their work done. I would expect until they get the long running infrastructure changes completed, that we will continue to have hiccups in this area.
