When requesting to see a route, I get a message stating that Waze cannot show routes that are over 1000 miles. For example, the last route I requested was about 30 miles long
What platform (iOS or android) are you using?
Not sure what version you are running but it might be worth deleting the app and reloading it with a fresh download.
If the above doesn’t work, then recommend that you submit a trouble ticket to Waze Support.
FYI, this forum is more towards problems with the map and how to fix than problems with the actual app itself. The map editor volunteers have extremely limited resources to respond to app problems. The developers and paid staff are the ones who deal in that venue.
