The driver highlighted that the app directs you to the tunnel underneath the venue, rather than the nearest roads.

This needs an L2 to fix, can someone please have a look?

The easy way to fix this is to add the parking lot road (or similar) that you want him to use, then move the “stop point” of the place to be close to or on that road.

Thanks, I’ve moved the stop point of the venue ‘shape’ but thought I needed level 2 to save the change. Did you change the shape to lock level 1 recently? Anyway, fixed now.
