They don’t ride with you or meet you from the other way.
If I am understanding your question, the emoticons (Wazers) shown in the app are not shown in real time for privacy reasons. There is a delay in updating.
Is a security measure so you can’t track another Wazer, also the Wazer you’re seeing was there from 2-4 minutes before, so it means that the Wazer is not actually there, is not a live feed. Also it represent a server load issue
