Hi, editors.
I am requesting your support to publish and/or unlock a new place I am trying to add in the WME.

I am creating an EV Charging Station located in Plaza 5 y 10, Tijuana, Baja California, but when I try to save I receive the message:

“You don’t have permission to make some of the changes. Suggestion: Check and try again.”

Place details

  • Type: EV Charging Station

  • Temporary ID: -1573305403 (new unsaved place)

  • Location: Inside the Plaza 5 y 10 parking lot

  • City: Tijuana, Baja California

  • Address: The editor shows “No street”

  • My level: L1

Possible cause

It seems that the point is outside my editable area or that the category requires a higher level to complete the publication.

I am requesting support to:

  1. Publish the place correctly.

  2. Adjust location and address if necessary.

  3. Configure the “EV Charging Station” category.

  4. Leave it unlocked (if applicable) to be able to keep it updated.

Additional information

I have photographs of the site and the exact location if required.

Thanks in advance for the support.
