So it seems someone went in and screwed up Thomas Circle for some reason. Can someone go in and check my fixes?

Looks good to me…

The circle looks good to me. I made a couple of turn restriction changes onto 15th. I added the time restriction for the left from Mass. ave and enabled the left from M St.
