Hello Editors, I’m reaching out to you on behalf of Sonesta Select Detroit Novi to ask you to check the information on waze.com. One of hotel team members recently stayed at Sonesta Select Detroit Novi and used Waze to navigate to the hotel. Unfortunately, the address it took them to a residential address – 23475 Long Point Way, Novi, MI. That is obviously not the hotel’s address.
Can you please look into this issue on Waze and make sure our hotel name and address are accurate? When we checked on my end, everything looked okay. But would appreciate your review and deep dive.

I’m sorry your team member got a bad route. But without seeing what they actually got through their app, I cannot determine where the route went wrong.
I can confirm both the hotel location by name and address routes correctly. I tested several routes and I was never able to get the bad route to Long Point Way.
Please inform your team member to remove that previous search result from their history. Waze will store coordinates from past searches in order to quickly create a route when you return to a place you’ve been. But if that coordinate is wrong, it needs to be removed.
Hard press that item from the list in the app history and then click REMOVE from the next menu that appears. Then they should make a new search.
