Hi,
I have an Iphone 4S and this app works brilliant other than i’ve got no sound! i’ve tried the mute button, turned sound up but still no sound, Can anyone offer any idea’s?

You can only adjust the volume of the voices in Waze when Waze is ‘talking’. Likely when you are pressing the volume buttons you are adjusting the phone ringer volume instead.
Another option is to change an iPhone setting so that the ringer volume can’t be adjusted via the volume control buttons. In this case, the application volume will always be available to adjust via the volume control buttons.
In iOS:
Settings
Sounds
Ringer and Alerts, Change with Buttons, Off
Also, ensure that Navigation guidance in Waze is set to Full or Minimal. It may be set to none.
In Waze:
Menu
Settings
Sound
Navigation Guidance - ensure Full or Minimal
