The State, about a month ago, changed the layout of the end of 167, and I don’t have the permissions yet to change it. Here is the link to a picture they sent out to people who signed up for their newsletter.

Is this a permanent change? “Phase 1 Bypass” makes me wonder if there’s more going on that just what this pic shows …
