Cribbs Causeway roads are locked to level 3 as it includes multi-level roads. What change(s) are you looking to make?
Would like to add new parking roads
Unless there are “destination” points in the car park (collection points, pop-up businesses, EV charging points, etc) we don’t need all driving lanes in car parks - generally we map segments across parking spaces at the edge of a car park and a few internal roads to give a relatively direct route through the car park, bearing in mind the limitations of mapping any roads in multi-storey car parks.

It’s not advisable to add further lanes as this would clutter the map and make it extremely difficult to navigate through.
