I was fined for doing 78kmph on this road. 
I thought the speed limit was 80 on the entire Maroondah highway. The following location was sent to me on the infringement notice. Could anyone please place a camera on this map?

Sorry to hear of your speeding fine - they are never pleasant
That said I have checked that section of Maroondah highway in Waze and the speed limit is 70 - that correlates to being fined doing 78. Further I strongly suspect it will be a mobile speed camera in a car and as such they are not mapped in Waze. Typically wazers will highlight that as “Police Hidden” https://support.google.com/waze/answer/6262574?hl=en&ref_topic=6273402#zippy=%2Cpolice
