There’s a new speed camera on 395 east bound just before the l’enfant plaza bridge on the right shoulder.

Added but removed thereafter by DC, probably flashing at everybody.

There is a new speed camera added to New Jersey Avenue just after you cross New York Avenue. There is one speed camera reported there however, they added another one approximately one block before the existing one. Meaning that you will hit the new one before you are alerted to the existing one.
