Speed Limit Changes for MN-101 in Rogers

Can the segments in the below link of MN-101 S in Rogers be changed to 65MPH?

As you come over the County 144/141st Ave overpass, you are immediately prompted to slow to 55MPH, but the speed limit doesn’t actually change until you pass the section of Northdale Blvd (on the west side of 101) that briefly runs east-west.

Also, can the segment in the link below of MN-101 N in Rogers be changed to 65MPH?

As you come off of I-94 westbound and take the MN-101 N Bypass (Exit 207B), you go from 70MPH on the freeway to suddenly being warned that the speed limit is 40MPH as you enter 101 N, to then having the speed limit go back up to 65 MPH within about 1/10 mile–all without ever seeing a 40MPH speed limit sign. In fact, I don’t believe there are any 40MPH speed limit signs on 101 N north of Diamond Lake Rd at all. So, if you turn onto 101 N from Diamond Lake Rd, you see no speed limit signs until you get to the 65MPH sign about 1,000 feet up the road.

Thank you.
