Speed Limits Birmingham

I-20 and I59 through Birmingham have speed limits all over the place. One section of I-20 shows 40 mph. How do I get this corrected?

This is the section IDs it seems they are down to 40 mph but should be 60.

I was able to locate those section and changed them to 60
