Speed/traffic camera

Hi, is there some discussion/tutorial about differences between speed registering camera and just traffic ones? I mean between the ones that would definitely ‘burn’ you and the ones that won’t.
I have searched through forum but it seems not to be covered very well; i suppose it can be different based on country/technology.
I live in Czech republic so any material would likely have to cover some actual info from here…
BTW, complete ‘newbie’ in this area, so give some slack :smiley:

Here is some information that the US uses. I am sure that it is basically the same everywhere but I, of course, am not sure about Czech.
