Splitting a segment connected to a roundabout JB shouldn't disable its u-turn

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. Have a segment connected to a roundabout Junction Box
  2. Connect a new road to it, splitting the segment, and save
  3. Use the reload button inside the WME to refresh the map (or Option-Shift-R on Mac, I assume Alt-Shift-R on Windows)
  4. The segment you just split will now its have u-turn at the roundabout JB suddenly disabled, even though it was enabled before

Are you using scripts? Please detail which ones.:
WME Toolbox was enabled - all other scripts were disabled in the recording.
