The one I can’t fix is in Springfield, MO, USA. It’s at the intersection of Hwy 60 and Farm Road 193 southeast of Springfield, MO. I just need to allow a turn to go North on Farm Road 193, but it’s locked and I can’t fix it. It’s currently the only open issue in Springfield, MO.
