Spurious Fixed Speed Camera Coopersale Street, Epping, Essex - please remove

A some point in the last week or so someone has added a fixed speed camera on Coopersale Street in Epping. It’s a little country lane. There is no camera. Can it be removed please. I can provide video showing there is no camera if that helps.
