I put in "290 Harbor Dr, Stamford, CT (this morning) and Waze directed me to 750 Main street, Stamford, CT.
It was a totally wrong destination from the address given.
I tried just entering Harbor Drive, Stamford, CY and Waze directed me to the proper street which was 1.4 miles away from address Waze originally took me to.
This error was due to a result from Google Maps (the backup data source for Waze searches).
Google had the business “KNB Communications” located at 750 E Main St, Stamford with an address of 290 Harbor Dr, Stamford.
It seems KMB has relocated to the Workpoint - Stamford location at 290 Harbor Dr, but the location pin in Google maps was not moved.
We’ve made a request for an update with Google maps, but it may take several days or weeks to be implemented. Please remove any instance of this address from your history, saved places and home/work, then search again. Waze will not update your existing history of places unless you remove and search for them again. Thank You!
