We wanted to inform you that we will start with the user communication today in all languages.
As some of you already saw from the translation doc, these are the 3 assets:
:arrow: Encouragement Message: One time in a user lifetime
:arrow: Takeover: Once everyday till they will add the vignette (Timeframe 2weeks/1 month)
:arrow: Push Notification: Only if the user selected the ‘Remind me Later’ option from takeover
If you guys see any issue with one of the assets, graphic and translation please let us know so we can fix it, please explain the issue and attach a screenshot of the problem.
Just a short update about the results after we started the user communication.
We currently have more than 100K users that added one of the passes in one of the 10 countries.
The conversion rate for the user that received the Pop up or Takeover and decided to add the passes looks good.
Being a Sunday is a really good occasion for you to followup on the main message you shared on social media and remember to add the passes if they didn’t do it already.
We will keep monitoring the data and keep you posted.
Could you specify what is the meaning of Timeframe 2weeks/1 month?
Also, is it wise to repeat every day, that he does not have a vignette, if he has not added it?
Just a wild guess but did you recently (last 90 days) drive on any vignette roads in another country? Or only vignette roads in Latvia and nowhere else?
