I would like to be able to edit the following segments. As this is closed and the app keeps trying to take me this way along with botón lane which is also closed and your app tries to take me and won’t let me add road closers
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I sympathise. Closure addition through the app is frequently impossible.
However, you have to be level 3 before you can make a closure through the editor. :(. I think I’ve closed the right road for the right length of time (using information I found on one.network), but please let me know if I’ve got it wrong - another post here would do.
Anyway, welcome to Waze editing and the Waze forum. 
Have you seen the Quickstart guide?
Map editing experience can be useful, but local knowledge is priceless. Waze works best with lots of editors who really know their own patch, so please don’t hesitate to join in.
