please stop routing cars through Penelope Ave, 74th street and Juniper Valley rd. You are making this neighborhood intolerable and unsafe. Vehicles are spreading are loud and have loud popping engines … this is your fault. Please turn off the option to drive they this neighborhood so that we may get our quality of life back.

If it is not a gated community and it is legal for cars to drive on the road, there is not much any navigation app can do.
I do not believe that any navigation app is at fault for people who speed or have loud engines. I would suggest contacting your local law enforcement to deal with any speeding cars and illegally loud engines.
