I would like to be able to edit the following segments.

Reason: Several PLRs in this lot are locked to Level 2 or higher, and I cannot see much reason why. No turn restrictions and they are PLRs. Most of the ones that connect to actual streets are Level 1. Could these be downlocked? I’d like to go through this parking lot and add all its roads.

I agree there is now reason for this to be L2, Locked to L1. No reason for this to be relocked.
