Strange geometry bug with Koifish segment

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
Try to drag nodes as in the video

This segment was a Koifish segment and when I try to align it with the road I get those errors.
Of course I understand that there must be some nodes overlaping each other and I could fix it however it is a Koifish error maybe some mixed nodes during import.
