Here is a strange issue raised by a user on Jan 4.

The user was routed from Marsden street via Macquarie St to O’Connel St. Now right turning from Marsden St to MacQuarie is prohibited. I checked the live Map and indeed it gives the wrong routing. I checked the map editor and it correctly shows that the right turn into Macquarie is prohibited. Last update on that segment is October 19, 2013. So surely this should be in the live map.
Any ideas? :?

I have seen this before, and it is generally when there are multiple routes somewere at a junction along the route, and waze gets all bitter and twisted.
There was a triple route on the left hand end of Macquarie St. (the one way which remains, a one way and a 2 way underneath it which I have removed.)
We will have to see if it routes properly after the next update.
