Entschuldigung, aber mein Deutsch ist sehr schlecht (ich lerne noch), deshalb habe ich meinen Kommentar auch unten auf Englisch verfasst.
Ich bin ein großer Fan von Waze und jetzt bin ich nach Stuttgart gezogen. Mir wurde klar, dass Waze hier nicht sehr bekannt ist und ich würde gerne bei vielen Updates helfen. Ich sende täglich aktualisierte bezüglich Kamera und Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung. Ich mache das schon seit Monaten, aber ich habe die Updates bisher noch nicht gesehen.
Wie ist es dafür verantwortlich? Wie kann ich der Community aktiv helfen?

I am big fan of Waze and now I have moved to Stuttgart. I realized Waze is not well known here and I would like to help with many updated. I daily send updated regarding speed camera and road speed limit. I am doing in for months but I have not seen the updates so far.
How is responsible for it? How can I actively help the community?

You are welcome to help yourself by participating in the Waze Map Editor and working your way up to a top editor. To do this, register with your login details at:
https://www.waze.com/de/editor
We would be very happy if you would become part of us to keep the map up to date. 
Our Germany-wide community is currently on Slack (http://bit.ly/Waze-Germany), where you can ask for help, if you have questions.
The app has currently restricted the reporting of speeds and speed cameras. In the app now is only possible to report this as an general map error + the respective description in the text field.

I realized I cannot help to much because I am level 1, although I have register into Waze since 2013. I will try to perform some updates into map editor in order to upgrade my level.

Hi Jaisson,
if your level is not high enough it is possible that a segment will be locked down to your level, than you can edit it and after that it will be locked back.
For that you can ask in the named Slack for an unlock or you use the unlock board.
There you give the information on which level you are, what you will doing there and a permalink of the segment(s) you will edit.
How to make a permalink
If you would like have more than one segment in the permalink hold down the CTRL key and mark the other segments as well.
