Subject: Waze support map update request: Address changes/complaints, New Jersey

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

The user’s request content: “Hello

7Yellow Meeting House Rd, Millstone Township, NJ takes you to the middle of the highway and not the correct address. The correct route should take you to where if you were to type in “Windows on the Water at Frogbridge”. Those two places are the same but if you type in the address, you’re getting dropped off on the middle of the highway. I am getting married there and don’t want guests getting dropped off on the middle of the highway.

Please make the route destination ending point for “7 Yellow Meeting House Road, Millstone Township, NJ” the same as if you were to search “Windows on the water at Frogbridge”. See attachments and screenshots.

In one of the screenshots, you will see the checkered finish point directly on 195. That is not correct.

In the second screenshot, you will see where I started my drive on the highway, headed toward the correct address.

Thanks to your report we have found and fixed a problem with the map. The fix should reach mobile devices within a few days. On rare occasions it can take closer to a week. IMPORTANT step: Please remove any instance of this address from your history and favorites by tapping the ‘3 dots’ and then ‘Remove’. Then search for the address. If you don’t remove the old results from your navigation or favorites, you will continue to be routed to the old coordinates. Please submit another report if this does not resolve your issue. Thanks!
