Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

The user’s request content: “My address is 33 Old Turnpike Rd, Mills River NC 28759 I do not live on sterling dr. My driveway is off OLD TURNPIKE ROAD NOT STERLING DRIVE! FYI sterling dr is really a driveway also. There is a house and 2 trailers The house use to be old turnpike rd until the rental trailers got grandfathered in because of the River. The end of my driveway has trees at the end, but it is clearly marked with an address post and a mailbox. My garage door is facing next door but it clearly shows it going down to old turnpike rd. I ask you pls if you can fix this somehow. Thx K Brittain”

Hi, it appears volunteer map editor @mapman44 had addressed this item on February 23, 2023. A private driveway was added and the address point adjusted. It looks like the default address point was snapping to Sterling Dr as the nearest mapped road segment in Waze. The user will want to delete their search history for this location and create a new search.
