The user’s request content: “Hi I work with the Kentucky Derby and all of the roads around the facility for our reserved parking lots are displaying incorrect closures for our guests. We have been getting complaints from local police about issues with customers who were turned around from the pins on our website. Can some one reach out to check about road closures? We have a directional and parking map here https://www.kentuckyderby.com/uploads/wysiwyg/DerbyWeek2023_OverallParkingMap_DerbyWeek_New.pdf that shoes which lots are closed. Can we have a rep reach out as soon as possible? We are anticipating 250,000 people to attend events in the next 48 hours and do not want them to be sent in the wrong direction.”

I have updated the closures here based off of the maps you provided and based off of my dashcam video from yesterday driving thru this traffic. The original closures were add based off of information provided by Louisville Metro.
