Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

The user’s request content: “Waze directions to my address, 1789 Vineyard Road, Falling Waters, WV 25419 routes the user down Lucky Bottom Drive, which is a border of my property, not an entrance. The entrance (my driveway) is on Vineyard Road as described in my address.”

I added the user’s driveway and a residential point place. Once the update reaches the app in a couple of days, the user should delete the address from their favorites and add it again. When searching for it, make sure not to choose the result from history as indicated by a clock.
