Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

This is the user’s request: Visiting the Brooklands Hotel, Weybridge, Surrey, England from Lancashire. Waze took us via The Heights which led us to a gated road which was closed off. Waze should have took us via Byfleet. To rectify the problem we had to swith to TomTom sat nav. As a result, about half an hour was added to an, already long journey. Please correct this error.

I’m guessing that you meant you were routed via Wellington Way, which is probably fully closed over the Christmas bank holidays. I’ll add a closure for the rest of today.
Not sure how the alternative route was 30 minutes, its at most a 2 minute detour via Parvis Road.
Let me know if any more info needed or if this solves the issue.
