This is the user’s request: The routing from anywhere to Suksitie 21, 16300 Orimattila is going totally wrong way around. There is also permanent road blocks at the route that Waze offers. Correct routing attached.
Routing should be Artjärventie - Viljamaantie - Käkeläntie - Suksitie
Hey @wazecsforum We need more information about this issue. The user’s request includes only the solution but not the actual problem. Please provide us with an example of an incorrect route. Without it we are not able fix anything. There is also some annotations on the screenshot but no explanation or the meaning of those annotations.
Wait a minute… I remember this… Suksitie was previously one continuous road from Käkeläntie to Piikainkyröntie, there was a report it was not like that. Found info from official maps, split Suksitie to 2 parts and added house numbers. I found the report also, adding it here.
@wazecsforum Tell the user to delete the old destination from his app and to search for destination again, user is obviously using the old one which still takes to wrong place.
