[Request type] Wrong Direction

[The user’s request content]
“Hello, I am the manager of the establishment le clos saint michel & spa in Malaucène 84340. I would like to inform you that the route leading to our establishment requires customers to turn around and take a dangerous road. Indeed, you make pass the car by the way of the pass of ronin gold it would be necessary to reach our establishment that these pass by the way plan de laval. Thank you for your return, Best regards, Capucine Gassier.”

“hello,
there is an error when we go to “le clos saint michel & spa” in Malaucene FR.
Waze say us to go by the road named " chemin du col de ronin” but we cannot turn on this road, we have to go by the road called " chemin du plan de laval".
Can you please change it ? cause it’s dangerous,"

Thanks,

The Waze Support team
