We are currently preparing the traffic management setup in Waze for the upcoming Fiertelommegang in Ronse, Belgium.
The event covers a large and dynamic route around Ronse and the surrounding villages, with moving road closures throughout the day.
We have already created the event and configured the polygon impact zone in Waze Partner Hub.
At this moment, however, we do not yet have a concrete operational approach for the road closures themselves, and our account does not currently have the required editor permissions to manage closures efficiently for an event of this scale.
We are therefore looking for assistance from an experienced Waze editor or community member who could help us with:

setting up the closures correctly,

defining the most important closure points,

and ensuring proper routing impact during the event.
We can provide:

timing information,

maps and operational details,

and the event polygon already configured in Partner Hub.
