I need your assistance with Surf and Sand Resort (it’s Surf & Sand Laguna Beach now). Could you please help me to update the info, since I do not have enough edit rights?

I see references on the website to both Surf & Sand Laguna Beach and Surf & Sand Resort Laguna Beach. Which is preferred?

Regarding the second part, the website in Waze has been www.surfandsandresort.com for years.
