I have down-locked it to Auto(4). With no notes as to why it was set to L5, and that being done 7 years ago, we’ll keep it Auto(4) for now.

Thanks. I too was puzzled. Possibly protection of revised layout starting life as L(1).

My only thought is it may have been done to prevent editors mapping it as a roundabout. I don’t see a reason to keep it at L5 either.
