SW Expressway - cameras not there

There is an erroneous speed camera on the Waze map on eastbound SW expressway (I-395) at Ninth St. The camera that was once at this location has been removed, although a silver traffic control box is still there. It’s not a camera! I don’t have permission to delete or modify the entry. How to resolve?

I was unable to find the camera with your general description. If you post the permalink to the camera, that would help a lot. Since I did not see it, I followed 395 from NY Ave down to 495 and I only found the following cameras:

395 south, just below Mass Ave (locked L6)
395 north at 12th St SE (unapproved)
395 north express lanes on the bridge north of the GW Parkway (unapproved)

I deleted the camera from the SW Freeway.
