Would it be possible to have a local exemption created for residents who live in the new SW6 Traffic Traffic Reduction Scheme?

I live within the traffic reduction zone so it does not apply to me. Is it possible to for an exemption to be created similar to the congestion zone and ULEZ zones?
It’s unlikely as it would add yet another pass to the app that would be used by a very limited number of users only.
We can discuss it, but there are other possible mapping solutions before we map this as a Restricted Area.
As you live in the area, do you need Waze to assist you for the last half-mile? The changes to make the filters private roads were designed to prevent Waze routing through them for those who don’t have the exemption, ensuring they’re routed around rather than through the area. As intended, delivery drivers get routed correctly to avoid the filters but can still reach any address in the area.
As an aside, as a permit holder, can you get a taxi or PHV to take you through the filters without them getting fined?
I do not need assistance with the route to get home, but it would be useful to be able to calculate the quickest route. As approaching from different sides of the exclusion area can have a significant affect on the time my journey takes.
And black taxis can travel through the filters but I believe private hire vehicles cannot.

Is the rule of thumb to mark a modal filter as a restriction for the ‘general’ routing user?

Would it be possible to add a new ZTL exemption or amend the “London H&F SW6 TRZ” exemption created for residents who live in H&F to include the new Rivercourt Road Traffic Reduction Scheme?
e.g. “London H&F SW6 & W6 TRZ” as existing users/H&F residents of the current TRZ are exempt.
