Hello, I am based in Mexico, close to El Paso Tx USA, and waze works wondrfull here but once I cross the border it does not work, can find the addresses but does not show anything, I have roaming data, What Should I do?
Hi, United States/Canada are in the North American Server (NA) and México is in the Rest of the World Server (ROW). How far south is the area where Waze does not work? What is the name of the city/town?
At the moment that is the way Waze believes it is best for its product to work even though we have tried hard to convince them to merge México into the North American Server. We have not given up on this and you can help by telling us the area you have the best experience and where it changes infrastructure and where you have problems.
