Reason: Fanling highway at the above section are currently under construction for a overpass of some sort, as such the speed limit in the proximity have the speed limit reduced to 70kph, in the reduce speed limit area there’s also a speed camera. for some reason the south bound section has its speed limit changed but the the north bound section. I have since added a area comment over the effected area, but as a level 1 edition I’m not able to do much. see TD’s TA for more details : https://www.td.gov.hk/en/traffic_notices/index_id_68260.html
