Steps to reproduce this issue:
Review an edit for suggestion. E.g.
Hover over the suggestion in the review panel. Tooltip appears with broken strings.

I only see a tooltip after I click Apply (before hitting Save). But I’m not seeing any missing strings, it shows me the time and date and my username. Is this in incognito? And can you post exact steps, in case I missed something? And which language are you using, it may be related to that?
Moving this to production bugs since it also exists in production WME.

Additional information: Saving the edit will keep the ‘suggested edit’ open (won’t disappear)
