Підстава: ведуться дорожні роботи з частково перекритою дорогою (рух йде по одній полосі з допомогою регулювальників). На мапі цього не позначено.

If the translation went correct the road is still open in both directions but restricted to one lane. This we do not need to act on and cannot do it either with the tools we have.
Waze will monitor the traffic flow automatically and guide the drivers elsewhere if there is an option for that that is faster.
In Sweden we also have an integration with the Traffic Authority, if they get the feedback that there is a roadwork ongoing, they can add that information to the Waze map.
You as a driver can also add warnings about roadworks directly from the Waze app when you pass it, this through the yellow warning triangle icon.
