按最低的限速来填写，可确保不至超速，但是可能令最高限速的车辆的导航路径发生变化

Waze is majority for car and recently we have taxi mode. We do not have HOV/lorry or other type of vehicles. So please put 80.
In the UK, we have similar situation. In motorway, e.g. nation speed is 70mph for car but -10mph for HOV/lorry, i.e. 60mph. It will not show in the speed limit sign but it states in Highway code. Everyone should know it and we will put the segments as 70mph.
