In Boone County, Northern Kentucky.
from http://www.boonecountyky.org/:
Burlington, KY – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is making improvements on Camp Ernst Road (KY 237) from Rogers Lane to Golf Club Drive. As construction continues on this project, please watch for flaggers and for trucks entering and leaving the highway.
Patrick Drive is currently open from McGrath Lane to Camp Ernst Road.
McGrath Lane is closed from Patrick Drive to KY 18 and will remain closed until June 20th.
There will also be a traffic switch on Camp Ernst Road from Patrick Drive to Golf Club Drive between June 23–30.
When this occurs, northbound and southbound KY 237 will be driving on the new bridge over KY 18.
SB and NB KY 237 traffic wishing to travel EB KY 18 will be required to turn at Patrick Drive, then turn left on McGrath Lane to access KY 18.
NB KY 237 drivers that would like to continue WB KY 18 should proceed over the bridge and turn left at the new signalized intersection.
EB KY 18 travelers will use the ramp on the right to access KY 237 or go under the bridge to continue on KY 18.
WB KY 18 traffic that would like to go SB on Camp Ernst Road will need to turn left at McGrath Lane and right onto Patrick Drive in order to get on to Camp Ernst Road.
Lastly, WB KY 18 drivers that wish to turn right onto KY 237 will be required to turn right onto McGrath Lane and left onto Florence Pike.
There will be a new ramp connecting Florence Pike to NB KY 237.
Detour signs will be installed to assist the public while the new traffic pattern is in place. Please expect delays and watch for flaggers during the traffic switch.

I’ve done the best I can with the County’s map – Helgramite is hoping to make it through there on Sunday (hopefully the tile update will have occurred) to verify.
Judging from the map’s title, this is phase 1 of the county turning this into a SPUI. Once that’s done, this will hopefully be a heck of a lot less confusing.
I haven’t had a chance to review the videos yet – but in your experience, did we get pretty close with the changes?
(FYI your diagram seems to show use of a road that doesn’t exist – the N/S road at the far east right around the number ‘6’ indicator. Are you sure it wasn’t the one further east that isn’t visible on your diagram?)
Yeah, until we have good aerials or REALLY good GPS tracks, that’s the best we’re going to get, I think.
FWIW, the final version (i.e. once ALL construction is complete) will probably look somewhat like this:
Hey, sorry for delay.
I’ve unlocked those segments to rank 4 for you.
