Roadworks in Yvonand (VD)

Hi,

There are roadworks on Route du Rovray in Yvonand (VD) and they are scheduled until May 31st.
I can’t add this event, so if someone could take care of it.
\nRoute du Rovray in Yvonand\n\n
\n\nGood evening, where exactly?\n\nIdeally a WME permalink, for example like this:\nhttps://waze.com/editor?env=row&lat=46.79585&lon=6.75569&marker=true&zoomLevel=17&segments=209858428\nOr otherwise from the intersection with Road X to the intersection with Road Y.

Hello Vince1612.

So, the roadworks start just after Chemin des Amonettes, which is therefore accessible, and end above Chemin de la Golaz, which is no longer accessible from Route de Rovray.
Traffic is alternating via traffic lights.

If it is alternating traffic and one direction is not 100% closed, it cannot be programmed in the Map Editor. You just need to submit a roadworks report in the app. Travel time will normally be adjusted automatically since Waze can detect slowdowns.

Okay, so just report the roadworks. But we don’t do anything for closed streets then? Thanks

If access points are 100% closed, they can be added. If there haven’t been any other reports so far, it’s probably because they aren’t being suggested except to local residents, since they only create detours through fields instead of following the main road, which Waze tends to favor.

Is only Chemin de la Golaz a dead end? What about Chemin de l’Etroit or Chemin de Montchoisi?

As mentioned, it’s simpler if we have a roadworks info sheet with all the details to consult, and faster than going back and forth on the forum.

Yes, I could have thought of it earlier, sorry: https://yvonand.ch/communique-annonce-de-travaux-routiers-sur-la-route-de-rovray/

Thank you, the cul-de-sacs have been added
