When I try yo view my dashboard the sign in screen just opens again blank. When I purposely try a wrong username or password, I get a message in red telling me that the one I put in wrong is wrong. I am using an ipad to access the web site. Any ideas or help?
username and password are case sensitive and should be the same as what you use to sign in to the Waze app.
Yes, I’m aware of that. I am able to log in to use this board, but I still can’t access my dashboard.
The forum software is a third party supplied software, so it is possible that for some reason your credentials are not in sync between the website (where the dashboard is) and the forum.
I would suggest using the quick help section of the support page to get assistance from the waze staff.
Ask a question, and if it is not covered by one of the faq question provided, an option to email waze is given.
