Trying to fix address

I am trying to fix my parents house on the Waze Map and cannot, tried deleting the address and now can’t recover it. How do you fix and address, I watched the video and still can’t.

Need more details on the location. The road your parents live on could be locked at a higher editor rank level than you currently are

820 St Clair St. New Lexington, Ohio 43764. House is in the Northwest corner of Kennedy Drive and St. Clair St.

I just checked the map on my iMac and it’s correct. The App shows the address on the opposite side of the street and eastward on St. Clair St.

I just tested the address in my Waze App and was given the correct location. You may want to clear your search history and see if that helps.
